In its endeavor to foster a conducive ecosystem for the growth of defence industries in India, NADP has inaugurated an AICTE approved 2-Year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM (BM)), with a specialized focus on Business Management tailored for the defence sector.
This meticulously designed Post Graduate Diploma in Management (BM) program is geared towards preparing a cadre of well-equipped, skilled, and adept managers capable of navigating the intricate techno-managerial challenges that define today's dynamic business landscape, with a particular emphasis on the defence industry.
Open to all aspiring individuals, the PGDM (BM) program requires a minimum of a 3-year Bachelor's degree in any stream with a 50% mark criterion for general candidates and 45% for reserved categories. Additionally, 10% of seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), adhering to State Government Policies.
Admission Criteria and Process
NADP follows stringent eligibility criteria in line with AICTE guidelines. The selection process involves a merit-based shortlisting, considering factors such as academic performance, CAT scores, group discussions, personal interviews, and more. The final merit list is a composite evaluation based on various parameters, including past academic performance, statement of purpose, STEM discipline, extra-curricular activities, gender diversity, and work experience.
The admission process for the PGDM (BM) 2024-26 session will adhere to the tentative dates outlined in the official PGDM (BM) brochure and NADP website. Selected candidates will undergo document verification in person, and offer letters will be dispatched as per the final merit list.
