  National Academy of Defence Production ( NADP ) Nagpur successfully conducted a Management Development Program (MDP) for medical officers of the Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service (IOFHS) from July 22 to July 24, 2024, in Srinagar. National Academy of Defence Production ( NADP ) made its debut on the iGOT platform with two courses: “ Blissful Post Retirement Life 2.0 ” and “Meditation-Principles & Practices”. Furthermore, NADP is developing domain-specific courses for the Ministry of Defence, including “Defence Acquisition Policy & Procurement Strategies”, “Sectoral Knowledge of Defence Production”, “Innovation through iDEX”, and “Defence Exports” amongst others.   The inauguration of the first batch of the PGDM at NADP was graced by esteemed dignitaries who inspired the students with their insightful speeches and invaluable experiences. NADP warmly welcomed the new batch of PGDM (BM) students for the academic session 2024-26 with an inspiring and comprehensive orientation program. The event took place on 09/07/2024 at Utsav Hall of NADP, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for the new students. Shri Ajit Kumar Saxena, Chairman-cum-Managing Director at MOIL Limited , recognized as the " Global Indian of the Year 2023 ," shared his journey to success. Emphasizing the importance of being adaptable, he urged students to embrace change and acquire knowledge in diverse fields, as their future placements in the corporate sector are unpredictable.
